Ever heard of Joel Osteen? He did a book signing at my husband's store yesterday- it went really well, and my husband got me a signed copy of his latest
book. I've only read a few pages so far, but it seems pretty good. Just wondering if any one else has read his stuff and what you think.

I know who he is... one of those motivational speaker guys, or something like that.
I really don't know much about him though, and have never read any of his books. You'll have to let us know what you think, if you read the book. Which book is it? |

Joel Olsteen is a pastor of a huge mega church in Houston (his church is the former arena that the Houston Rockets, professional basketball team played in). He
is considered a word of faith minister. I have seen him on TV. He generally gives good biblically based sermons, in my opinion.
