Well I sure would have liked to read the post you worked on Carrie. I've done that too.
So frustrating.
Life can hand out some things that we wonder what in the world we are learning from.

I pray that you to always be where you are growing in your spiritual life. What ever place of worship that is.

I used to go the the RLDS church for a time. Was raised in that. Then went to a Church of God.
Then mostly home bible studies. All growing times.
The first one just seemed so dry, except for head knowledge. The second was not much better, just in a diffrent way, more lively. I thought maybe it was me, so didn't go any where for a while.
I hope you have found a more fulfilling way to worship and also a good place for you children.

Home bible studies are good fellowship places. My husband went to some of those.
And at those we found others in the same place as us. Knowing there was more than most churches offered. And yet not a very good place to take questions or trials.
Guess we are just on our journey.
