I am posting here about a new Latter Day Saint Fellowship that myself
and
Seventy Robert Harley from the Church of Jesus Christ, Restored 1830 have
started. It
is called the Restoration Christian Fellowship.

We started this because we see the need for independent churches and
ministries
to answer the call of Christ to strive for he Unity of the faith and
non-contention as prayed for by Jesus Christ.

We also recognize there are many churches and ministries that want to
work
together but don't want to "convert" to each others churches. Even
though there
are several that are feeling the need to work together for the sake of
the
kingdom of God and for Zion.

And plus we also recognize the many independent Latter Day Saints who no

We, in this, hopefully, still free land...have little or no experience with kings and their ways.
I have been looking at this. These are some of my thoughts:

It is one thing to petition, pray that a king do something for you. He may grant it...or not. Either way, you should be grateful that He heard you.
Kings get lots of feedback. Much from sycophants and people with political agendas. It is good to them to hear true gratefulness.

It is quite another thing to be the king's ambassador....to represent His authority...to wield His power to wage war...to bring His word to the world.

He calls out ambassadors from among His people.

But what if one takes this authority and power and represting Him in His name without His calling? Whether this one is good or evil....will they not be
accounted as those who were of His calling? If they are good, He will commend them, as He was needing ambassadors. If they are evil He will add to...

I think I might have asked this question before- I am reading your book, Doug, on spiritual warfare and you mention consecrating your home so evil spirits are
forbidden entrance. How is this done? Is this something I can do for my home or do I need and Elder or Priest or someone else to do it for me? And do I need
to ask my husband or can I just do it without him knowing? I don't think he would mind if it was me doing it- he might roll his eyes but that would be
all- but if I needed someone else to come and do it, I think he might object- plus I have no clue who I would ask.

Great book, by the way- I'm getting a copy for my dad as a late b-day present.
